Who is SHAPE for?
SHAPE is for everybody, with programs that attend to every area of need including self discovery, wellness, relationships, finances, health, parenting, business, loss of loved ones, leadership and team building etc.
How long does the program run?
The length of the program depends on the specific program you are enrolled for.
How do I access my account?
On successful sign up to your program, you will be sent an invite to the app platform. Once you set your username and password, your account is set up. You can access your account subsequently via the app or on the web platform.
Can I pay in installments?
Payments can be made in installments of 3-month and 4-month plans with installments made every month until payment is completed.

Can I defer my program after signing up?
Once you have signed up for any of the SHAPE programs, you have a 3 weeks window within which you can start your program. If you exceed this validity window, you will have to make a 30% fee to start the program within a 1 week leniency window.
If this leniency window is exceeded, you will forfeit your payment and pay fresh fees to sign up for a program.
Can I make group payments for my team/group?
We have payment plans for groups, organizations, teams and institutions that want group packages.
You can also get customized plans for groups and teams with more than 50 individuals.
